I have repairs tickets for the past 5 years, anytime I call to complain about the same repairs, they told do not call for the same tickets because it would be close automatically since another ticket is in place. Over 5 years now and no repairs. Also, for some reason when I pay my rent late, my rent statement would double up which don't match the last rent statement but they said because I pay late. I guess they charging me a high percentages late fee because don't matter what I pay, it still going up. Is worst than my credit cards fees.

We have seniors in every development and even in our mangment offices building they are doing nothing to help keep our seniors safe this is nonsense and when you reach out to the top they push it to someone else when we have funding it's wasted

I am absolutely not satisfied with NYCHA; the Management Office here at Forest Houses called the police on me because they did not want to renew my lease, post threatening notes on my door as well as threatening and harrassing voice messages, as well as harrassing calls to my emergency contact that I had to take his name off and not replaced with another. I video taped a little interview with honorable NYPD officers - that said I did NOTHING wrong (when they were called when I went to the Management office to renew my lease); and kindly walked me out of Forest Houses Management Office. This month, they refused to let me pay my rent through NYCHA; I had to pay it another way with costs to do so. My apartment was never fully repaired from leaking from above in 2018. Since 2013, most work orders have not been done; found out NYCHA got paid for painting my entire apartment allegedly, and it was NOT done, and may be responsible for some neighbors harrassing me...including on Mother's Day this year. My apartment is full of asbestos, lead paint, and tile never replaced from leak from above, and it was made clear to me it NEVER will be. I have HEALTH ISSUES because of work not done in my apartment and because of the Management office harrassing me, caused me (causing me) SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES !! I am at my wits end because of corruption and harrassment by Forest Houses MIS-Management Office !!! Even my lock to my apartment was broken into and my mailbox - I no longer feel safe in my own apartment. I also make note that it is my understanding that the Housing Assistants have their own offices to speak to residents and yet they do so in a PUBLIC WAITING ROOM with no privacy to the Resident's and most do not dress professionally nor act so. Those people in Forest Houses Management are *NOT* qualified for their jobs and will lead to lawsuits if they are not REPLACED with qualified employees that DO THEIR JOBS...instead of harrass residents and leave them in apartments that are not REPAIRED FOR YEARS !!! Note: I have VIDEOS of some of what I mentioned in this comment that I took for an attorney if this continues. Posting this comment on the 21st day of May in *2024* .
